Yes! We offer a full year warranty on all of our shower head models. We're so confident in our products that we offer a hassle-free warranty; if you'll find a flaw in any of our shower heads, not only that we'll send you a new one right on the spot, you won't have to return the faulty shower head back to us.

We normally ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email update once your order has been shipped. Then another email with your tracking number. Does it work with electric showers?

IMPORTANT NOTE: Most of our shower heads can be used with electric showers (with recommended power of at least 7.5kw), however, some models that include the Stop button are incompatible with some electric showers. If you wish to use StoneStream with your electric shower please make sure to purchase a model that doesn't feature the Stop button.

Will it fit my shower hose?

The shower head connector is a standard international size and connects to the regular size hose.

Can I use your shower head in my RV/Camper/Trailer?

Most of our shower heads can be used in motorhome showers (RVs, trailers or campers), however, some models that features the Stop button are incompatible with some types of showers. If you wish to use StoneStream in your motorhome please make sure to purchase a model that doesn't feature the Stop button.

Beware of other stores and sellers claiming they're selling you original StoneStream products becuase they're not available anywhere other than on our officials stores mentioned above.

How often do you have to replace the stones or filters?

To keep your showerhead performing at its best, it is recommended to replace the filtering stones every 30,000 liters of water filtered, which is roughly 4-6 months for the average household. You can get your replacement stones here (select in drop-down menu).

Question 10

How to replace the filtering stones / polypropylene filters?

Accepted Answer

It is recommended to replace your filters every 6-8 months but if you spot dirt or limescale build up in your filters it’s time to replace them. Don’t worry though, it’s rather an easy task that takes only a minute or so. If you haven’t purchased replacement filtering stones or Polypropylene filters go to http://replacement.stone.stream and order your replacement filters.
 
To replace your filters please follow the below steps: 
  1. Detach your StoneStream shower head from your shower hose/wall adapter.
  2. Disassemble the handle from the head 
  3. Take out the inner mesh filter 
  4. Pour out all the stones or remove the old filter
  5. Grab a clean cloth with a bit of white vinegar and clean the inside of the handle
  6. Pour in your new replacement stones pack or place your new filter inside the handle
  7. Place the inner mesh filter back to its place and reconnect the head to the handle
  8. Reconnect your StoneStream shower head back to your shower hose or wall adapter.
  9. Run hot water through the shower head for a minute or two to clean up any vinegar or limescale residue.
 
And that’s it, you have just earned yourself 6-8 more months of delightful showers.

How do I clean my StoneStream shower head?

If you live in an area with a high concentration of limescale in the water or if it has been a while since you cleaned up your shower head and you notice clogging in some of the shower head’s holes it is recommended to perform the next process to make sure your shower head is performing at its best:
Mix white vinegar and water in a bowl or pour it into a plastic bag.
Detach your StoneStream shower head from your shower hose/wall adapter.
Soak your StoneStream shower head in the vinegar solution or put the plastic bag around the showerhead so the holes are immersed in the vinegar water.
Preferably, soak your shower head in the vinegar water overnight, but if you don't have that luxury we recommend you soak it for at least 1 hour.
Take your shower head out of the vinegar solution or remove the bag around it and wipe away any limescale deposits.
Reconnect your StoneStream shower head back to its hose or wall adapter.
Run hot water through the shower head for a minute or two to clean up any vinegar or limescale residue.
You're all set!

What if my shower head arrived faulty?

No worries, we got you covered. We offer a hassle-free exchange policy - in case your shower head arrived faulty in any way or you experience any issues with your shower head during the first year of use - you simply need to contact our team via our contact us form and let them know. We'll instantly send a new shower head your way, no questions asked, and no need to return the faulty shower head. This is why you won't see return shipping label in our packages. You simply don't need it. It's as simple as that.

What is the difference between this shower head and other similar shower heads sold online?

StoneStream® is made of premium materials. It is built to last as we maintain the highest quality standard. Not all shower heads fit every shower, but our 2020 EcoPower collection is designed to offer the best performing shower head for every type of shower, including electric showers, power showers, showers in RVs and campers and more. Other shower heads might not fit your shower, be made of low-quality materials and are possibly very risky to use.
 
You might see a lot of replicas out there but that doesn't mean they are all StoneStream® or perform nearly as good as our shower heads. In fact, we do not offer our products elsewhere other than our official online stores so buying your shower head here on our website is really the safest way to improve your shower.

What's the difference between Single-Function and Multi-Function?

The Single-Function has only a single spray setting.
The Multi-Function has 3 Spray Settings; Massage, Jetting, and Rainfall all controlled with a knob placed on the top of the shower head.

What happened to your previous shower head models?

Accepted Answer

Over the course of our company's lifetime, we introduced several models of water-saving filtering showerheads to the market. Unfortunately, we also encountered many copycats that claimed to be us and sold cheap replicas instead. It made some people believe they are buying a StoneStream shower head but instead got a cheap knockoff that lasted 2-3 months at best. After receiving so many complaints from people who purchased these knockoffs elsewhere and thought they're buying our showerheads we decided to discontinue the promotion of our previous models. However, you can always have a look at how they looked like on their old promotion pages - the original StoneStream shower head, the 360°and the BioPure.
